All products are sold as is. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds or replacements are only considered in the rare event of a manufacturing defect. Normal wear, accidental damage, or dissatisfaction with style, fit, or appearance do not qualify as defects.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond accordingly.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
